  It's an interesting project.My experience in fuzzy techniques is poor but I have some projects close enough to yours.Take a close look at http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/321511a.pdf. My C base on projects,were made with LAB Windows CVI from National Instruments. I'll be very pleased to send me more details about your project.

You can create interface to the computer in various ways. the easy way is to communicate via com port. i am not sure about your requirement. you have to select the interface type based on various parameters.
