Drawing: Aligning Views

(OP)
If I have 2 views, each of a completely different machine but I want to align them both...how do I do this?

Basicalll I have 2 machines and I want to align both to the "floor", but the Horizontal/Vertical alignment choices are not giving me the result I am looking for.

RE: Drawing: Aligning Views

Create an assembly that contains models for both machines.  Align the bases of the machines to a common plane, and align the other machine axes as you want them.  Then open a drawing and place a view of this 2-machine "assembly".
