Threaded branch connection

(OP)
Is there a good ASME code for threaded branch connections in pipe or pipe fittings?  The intention is to drill and tap a 1.5" pipe fitting to accept a 1/8"MNPT pipe fitting.  The fitting being tapped has a very thick wall, at least thick enough for full thread engagement.  I have been searching through ASME-B31.1 Process Piping, but all of the branch connections evaluated are welded.  The fitting is to be used in a high pressure N2 chamber at room temperature.
Thanks
