 Template Differences

Hi All,
We have a vault located drawing template for all to use. It includes the necessary title block, border, etc. When I use this template however, the border and title block outlines are of a heavier weight than all others. Anyone know why this possible? Kind of defeats the purpose of maintaining a template.
