Masonry Arch Allowable Stress Value?

Masonry Arch Allowable Stress Value?

Masonry Arch Allowable Stress Value?

(OP)
Anyone know a reference to masonry allowable stress values/formulas for an unreinforced masonry arch (I have the f'm values for the brick and mortar from the ASTMs)?  The allowable values given by ACI 530 Section 2.2 do not seem to apply for an arch (h/r ratio refers to the height of a column or wall).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

RE: Masonry Arch Allowable Stress Value?

You might want to look for a program called Ring for analysing masonry arches
