When comparing drilled shaft rigs assuming that the torque, crowd, and kelly bar weight are similiar, what type of rig (crane or truck/track) mounted rig would be more efficient at drilling through brick and concrete obstructions?

The type of drill bit used is probably the most important item.
After that, the fact that a tracked rig is firmly "planted" on the ground should help it resist more drilling torque than a truck mounted rig.
