BOM_TOTAL CUT LENGTH

BOM_TOTAL CUT LENGTH

(OP)
Is it possible to have the BOM add up the cut lengths of different parts, but which have the same stock size?

This comes in handly when purchasing, orders material for a given assembly/weldment.

Any comments of suggestions would be great!

Thanks!

RE: BOM_TOTAL CUT LENGTH

Yes there is a way to do this.  It involves combining the rows in the parts list.  I have not done this myself though so cannot help.  If you don't get an answer here, try searching on the Autodesk forums.
