Can batteries with different chemistries (lead acid, NmH, and Lithium) but the same voltage be connected together for charging and discharging?

Short answer: No.

Less short answer:
Discharging in series; yes(*).  Charging in series; no.
Discharging in paralled; no.  Charging in parallel; no.

(*) current not exceeding limits of 'smallest' cell, etc.
