ACI 530-05 Slender walls, h/t

What is the limit for a slender masonry wall, ratio h/t.  ACI 530-05 Section 3.3.5.4 refers the slenderness ratio exceeding 30, but I do not see where that code defines the ratio or the limit for a wall being slender.  I also looked in IBC.

RE: ACI 530-05 Slender walls, h/t

Unless they have recently added it, ACI 530 does not have a slender wall method for wall design like UBC had.

Yes, I am just trying to find how to determine when a wall is considered slender, at what h/t ratio.  Does the code not specify this.

RE: ACI 530-05 Slender walls, h/t

ACI 530 does not directly specify this, which makes sense since it does not give a different procedure for slender walls.

The higher slenderness is addressed implicitly by the section you referenced.
