Adding REV Level to BOM

Adding REV Level to BOM

Adding REV Level to BOM

(OP)
I have some parts which have Revision level in their custom properties. I am trying to find the revision field within the assembly BOM dropdowns but no luck, it doesnt seem to be even pulling it off the part.

RE: Adding REV Level to BOM

The way we handle this is to display the revision with the part number on the BoM.  In the model, switch to the configurations tab, right click the configuration in use and select properties.  There is a Bill of Materials Options section.  We select User Specified Name, and then enter $PRP:"Number"-$PRP:"Revision" into the box above that.

I am getting the Revision only, not the part name.
