Aspen HYSYS Upstream

Hi all,
I have to carry out a simulation of a series of water/oil/gas separators and I have very few data available (pressure, temperature, oil specific gravity, gas specific gravity, production GOR and water cut). I have read about HYSYS Upstream, do you know it? Is it really useful?
Thank you very much for your help.
Angela

RE: Aspen HYSYS Upstream

You can do it in conventional/standard HYSYS package without any problems. Just characterize oil properly (you'll need mor than specific gravity), and provide gas composition as well - at those conditions at which GOR and WC are measured.

Hi Emmanuel, thank you for your reply.
In this case I have for oil only density and viscosity (+ pour point and sulfur, asphaltenes and metal contents) and for gas, may be, I can have the composition now.
