RE: risk assessments - airport

Can you provide some more details on the project?

New construction or modifications?

Is it on the operational area of the airport?

Size of airport?

Etc.

RE: risk assessments - airport

Corps of Engineers has done numerous assessments of dams and levees.  So has the Bureau of Reclamation.  They are not generic and may or may not be useful for your airport study.

RE: risk assessments - airport

FAA ciculars fill thousands of three ring notebooks and deal with EVERY possible subject relating to airports.  Not much help overseas unless funded by the World Bank (they require following FAA standards).

Apologies for extremely late reply!! Completely forgot about this site. blush

Ended up using our generic MS and RA's but altering them slightly, had alot of help from senior engineers which has been great

Your replies are much appreciated
