Waste Water On-Line Monitoring

Waste Water On-Line Monitoring

(OP)
Hi,

I'd like to ask y'all about any industrial standard that govern about ON-LINE MONITORING of waste water quality to be discharged to sea.

Any of you could suggest me what is the best practice to have on-line monitoring of waste water quality? (i.e infra red spectrometry, etc...)
Any product that you might suggest?

pls need your comments.. thks

RE: Waste Water On-Line Monitoring

Consult local environmental protection agency guidelines would be the first step.
In the US, try the EPA, in the UK, DEFRA, in Europe, who knows?
Industrial standards will at least comply with local environmental legislation.

RE: Waste Water On-Line Monitoring

The EPA didnt set any standards for on-line waste water monitoring yet. The laboratory test methods approved by the EPA are used for compliances.
