our company bought two dana axle, but I find the rotation direction of axle is  different from the Conventional vehicle axle.
  I attached a drawing and you can find the position of final reduction gear is not like Conventional vehicle axle's.
  anybody has this experience?

What is your definition of "conventional" axle?  What type of final reduction is your frame of reference?

as Conventional vehicle axle, we face to the input flange of rear axle,when the input is clockwise so the vehicle go forward.
    but dana axle is On the contrary.

Flop the crown wheel over to the other side of the pinion.

This axle could have been for a rear engine drive vehicle like a bus is.  But the solution presented by pat will solve it for you.
