Creating PDFs from Inventor wasn't an issue for us...until now. What to folk generally use for easy (and readable) creation of PDFs from Inventor?

RE: Preferred way to create PDFs from Inventor

I use Adobe Acrobat (which installs a PDF printer) so its as simple as printing the drawing/model and selecting the PDF printer. thats it

cutepdf is freeware that works just as well that Ive used.
there are many others.

For every drawing I do I make a pdf. to send to vendors and as a good way to keep old revision information. All prints are saved as follows   Part1 rev b.pdf so I always have old versions

Thanks, mcgyvr. The main thing I'm looking for is that a drawing converted to a PDF remain a vector image. But I figured that there were other differences that might not be obvious from a web page.

I've been using CutePDF since it was suggested and like it. The reason I asked the original question is that I'd been using SnagIt. SnagIt rasterizes everything. Obviously, this is undesirable when it comes to drawings.
