I am looking for information on joint capacities for a vierendeel frame made up of CHS members. I have formulae for joint plastification for bracing members in CHS to CHS connections but these are only for axial forces.

"Hollow Structural Section: Connections and Trusses - A Design Guide" by Jeff Packer is one of the better HSS design manuals currently published.

This may be of some interest.  It is a design guide for hollow section joints published by Corus.  It is based on CIDECT recommendations from the link csd72 suggested.

It covers both SHS/RHS/CHS for tension compression and in and out of plane bending.

There a number of supplements as well and you can find these on the corus website too.
