Cut threads vs rolled threads

(OP)
I am searching for the fatigue stress intensity factor for rolled threads vs. its equivalent cut thread K_f value, specifically for a 7/16" threaded bolt. What are the parameters that would drive predicitng these values? Can anyone help me out?

RE: Cut threads vs rolled threads

R.E. Peterson has a book entitled "Stress Concentration Factors" that has a detailed discussion of the parameters that derive Kf, as well as values that you can use.  Joseph Shigley's text "Mechanical Engineering Design" also has values you can use.
