Rotataion of 2-D Drawing

(OP)
Hi,

I am new user of Solid Edge V20. I have to make 2-D drawings for my electrical motor. I need to rotate rotor of the machine through some known angle around its center.
When I rotate some part of drawing, its previous location stays and a copy of drawing is pasted at new rotated angle, whereas, I need the part rotated at new position only and not at its initial position.
I will appreciate if somebody can post a quick answer.
Thanks

function. It's the leftmost button in the ribbon bar that
is displayed after invoking the function
