Asking for electric field simulation

Asking for electric field simulation

Asking for electric field simulation

(OP)
I am a beginner in ANSYS and I would like to ask for your advices.
I am trying to simulate electric field between 2 electrodes and a collector (attached file).
http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=e8133c6d-adc4-4274-b15e-6c8f6b965613&file=Model.jpg
The collector is inserted between electrodes and all electrodes and collector is immersed in liquid ( relative permittivity = 2.2 ).
I have already set the material model(PERX) for liquid (PERX=2.2) and steel electrodes and collector (PERX=1E+060). Already meshed the model (2D model) into elements (PLANE121) and applied voltage for both electrodes. But after solving, the result is incorrect, electric potential distribution equal to 0kV at collector instead of electrode which was set to 0kV.
Does anyone know what I did wrong with the simulation? What is the value of PERX for steel? What should I do with the simulation?
Anyone please help me to solve this problem.
Thank you in advance and I am sorry for my bad English.
