I'm looking for the symbol for a pneumatic flow meter for a leak tester I am designing

Why you do not use the old fashion circle with the FM or F
for FLOW METER or FLOW crossed from 235 to 45 degree with an arrow, like tthe V for VOLT ?

The hydraulic flow meter symbol looks like a circle with two arcs in it where it kind of looks like a baseball.

I do not think this is a difference for the pneumatic symbol in this case.
