Can I rely on saying that the starting torque of a BLDC engine
is the multiple I_max*Kt .

I find it problematic because I am not sure  BLDC controllers are entirely predictable

I would be glad for some help..

There are people in this forum who helped me with motors before so I don't see anything wrong with it.

Since the only difference between a PM motor (where the rotor is a permanent magnet) and a brushless DC is that the former is commutated by brushes and the latter is commutated optically (sinusoidal), then all of the formulae relating to the PM motor are applicable, including the linear relationships of T vs speed , torque vs current and stall torque proportional to stall current.
