Wait Time Between Starts for 40 HP Motor

Forgive the ignorance, this may be a simple look-up/calcultion.

My operators want to run a test where they want to run every configuration of a (2) sets of 2 pumps to determine flow/dP characteristics of the system.  They will do thi by of their normal 'swap duty' procedure.  Each pump is nominally identical; 40HP 2-speed induction motors.  At any one time (2) pumps will be energized.  The pumps will either both be in low speed or high speed.

Sequence;
P1A & P1B
P1B & P2A
P2A & P2B
P2B & P1A

When you select P1A off, P2A auto starts on pressure decay, etc.
How long should I make sequence take (i.e. time between duty changes) to avoid overheating the windings on P1A?  This sequence wants to be repeated a couple of times.

As of this moment I don't have FLA of the motors yet so what I'm looking for is; teach me how to fish in lieu of feeding me salmon please.
