Equal Biaxial Testing Lab

(OP)
I am looking for a testing lab that can do Equal Biaxial testing.  Does anyone know where this can be carried out?  I have found Axel products but would like some others to compare against.  Thank you.

Try the National Research Council of Canada - Institute for Aerospace Research, up in Ottawa.  They had a biaxial test frame many years ago.

You may want to check with some of the larger universities that have mechanical test labs...particularly if they have graduate programs.
