(OP)
Hey folks,

I'm using STAAD.Pro (not by choice).  In Staad 2005 there was a section in the manual (1.18.2.2 Non  Linear  Analysis) that described the use of the non linear analysis.

In Staad 2006, the same section in the manual states this:
"REMOVED.  Contact Technical Support for further information."

Any idea on what happened?  It appears they no longer support non linear analysis, only PDelta and Cable analysis.

RE: Nonlinear in STAAP.Pro 2006 and newer

STAAD never did true nonlinear.  I don't know how they got away with saying they did.  Oh wait, maybe that's why they said it was "removed".
