MathCAD 13 update question

MathCAD 13 update question

MathCAD 13 update question

(OP)
Because I was having several problems with mathcad 13.  I decided to re-install.

After I uninstalled both Mathcad 13 and Mathcad 12, I did a search for folders in the documents & settings directory and deleted all folders which contained the word, MATH in the folder name so I got ride of all Mathcad and Mathsoft directories.

I then reinstalled from the original, very old install disk (prior to the PTC buy out), and successful activated the program.

This appears to be Mathcad 13.1 when checking the about Mathcad menu.

However I also have an old mc13EN_SR1.exe dated 6/9/2006 which is supposed to update from EN_13.0_to_13.1.3.  This tells me it will not update my files because it doesn't find the files or is the wrong version.

So my question is, how do I update to the lastest and greatest version of Mathcad 13, and what version is the most recent version of Mathcad 13?

RE: MathCAD 13 update question

go to Help - About Mathcad

I get Mathcad, version 13.1 (604040953)
