Can I direct bury 2.4KV and non-conductive fiber optic cable together?

Can I direct bury 2.4KV and non-conductive fiber optic cable together?

(OP)
I am looking at options for a new service to an industrial building. One possibility is to direct bury #6 AWG in a 3 ft. deep trench (encased in sand) 12" from a parallel non-conductive fiber optic cable. Is there any code against this? Can anyone comment on the possible pitfalls of such an installation? Is this talked about specifically in the NEC or Canadian Electrical Code?

Thanks!

The main pitfall is when you need to dig up one of the cables.
