Help with a Question

(OP)
Hi all, I'm new to all this so please bear with me, I am in need of some help with a question, I seem to be having trouble with it, it is a rolling question and well to be honest I have no idea where to start.

I need to work out the coefficient of friction but I don't know the equation very well so I am a bit stuck :(

any help would be greatly appreciated

Scott

RE: Help with a Question

Also a more descriptive title to get peoples attention in the first place.

Read the forum rules Irstuff has in his tagline.

Also, depending what your question actually is this may not be the best forum.

This question reminds me of an engineering homework question or you are attempting to build or size a rolling mill for Power requirements. If this is a homework question, go ask your professor.
