Complete rebuild (CTRL+Q) using a design table

Complete rebuild (CTRL+Q) using a design table

Complete rebuild (CTRL+Q) using a design table

(OP)
Hi,

I have a part with several configurations created using a design table. IN this part, there is a reference geometry plane that is created at the edge of the  edge flange of the part.

when ever I change the edge flange length I expect the plane position to change accordingly.

unfortunately, I dont see this happening. But I noticed that if i perform a complete rebuild (CTRL+Q) the plane updates and changes to the correct position as expected.

I need to know if its possible to run a completed rebuild directly in the design table.

OR I need to know if there is a better approach.

Thanks
BMR

RE: Complete rebuild (CTRL+Q) using a design table

Howdy,
I'm not sure how your design table was created, but, it might be possible to use the Excel API to add a commandbutton to your design table to trigger a rebuild command. Not really much different than just using Ctrl+Q though.
