part family problem
part family problem
(OP)
John,
I've done all my customising to our part families, but we are getting a few anomalies... If i create an M6,M8 or M10 nut, they come in as if i had'nt changed anything(visualisation, drwg & attributes etc), but if i create an M1.6, M3 nut it is OK..I'm presuming that there is someway that previously created files, may be influencing this !! i then changed the template file name to "hex_nuts_mm.prt" (adding the 's')changed the .pax , but the problem didn't go away, so i edited the names in the spreadsheet, to "hex_nuts_m8" and so on... this fixed it.. however most of the other file names are unchanged and have the same problem. Is there a way to fix this without changing all the templates to create new names?? (NX5)
