I am messing around with my first load flow analysis using SKM and notice that when looking at the results from the load flow analysis that the voltages on the various busses in the system are phase shifted slightly.  The voltage is given in a P.U. value of the source voltage and shows an angle of -0.5 degrees or so.  The angle is not much but I was curious as to why this small shift is happening or being represented on the varioius busses in the distribution system.

I'm guessing that it has something to do with capacitance such as coupling capacitance that is being modeled in the system?

It has nothing to do with capacitance, just vector math.  See lengthy discussion of voltage drop in thread238-221175: VOLTAGE DROP AT XFMR.
