femap recover mesh data

hi all, please i need help.

i need to recover data by which i meshed a solid with femap 9.0, how to do?

i mean "mesh,geometry,solids" and then
i modified "automatic mesh sizing", so

i need all "automatic mesh sizing" data i input for that file
