I have completed scanning another document that should be of use to engineers working on older structures.

One of the interesting parts of this catalog is several pages of coverage on wind loading calculations for high-rise buildings. Some of the famous skyscrapers constructed during the 1920's and early 1930's probably were designed using this method. An except from the New York City building code (the 1926 edition, with wind load criteria) is included.
