Distributive Processing

Does Catia V5 R17 support distributive processing?  What I mean by this is, can you run multiple PC's as slaves from one computer to help with large assemblies?  I know that is possible to do this with Pro-E but do not know how to do this with Catia or if it is even possible.  Also, if possible is there a certain licence required for this functionality?  Thank you in advance for any insight into this issue.

RE: Distributive Processing

Hmmm...   Never heard of it.  I strongly suspect that the answer is no.

CATIA doesn't use multiple processors very well.  Only a couple workbenches support it (DMU for Tesselation, and FEA for the analysis).

Try using 64-Bit CATIA with lots of RAM.
