PLASTIC swirl diffusers

PLASTIC swirl diffusers

(OP)
I am trying to find supply diffusers for a Diamond Sorting area. The space requires 21oC temp, and 55% RH. There are 3 concealed ducted units providing the cooling, and wall mounted units for the humidification. To optimize mixing in the space swirl diffusers would seem the best choice.

The client is concerned about condensation, and wants any preventative measures possible to be put in place (Off-Coil temperature from cooling units about 8.9oC and only short run to diffuser). In the rooms previous location they had cases of condensation leaking on machines, and humidity dropping below 30%, which causes machines to be taken out of service for several hours, costing hundreds of thousands of pounds. Hence plasic supply diffusers which have a much lower thermal conductivity were specified.

I require 6 @ 210l/s a piece. Can not find a manufacturer to meet my duty. Only found one manufacturer so far. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: PLASTIC swirl diffusers

HI duke,

Have you tried Gilbert - blackpool UK type GF fixed ceiling diffusers
go on site: www.gilbertblackpool.com and check. You may select and any Trox swirl diffusers.

Hope this helps.
