How does one access Auto Trace functionality in SW 2008 professional?

RE: SW 2008 Auto Trace

First of all ready yourself to be really disappointed. Then when Auto Trace doesn't live up to what you expect it won't seem so bad.

Go to Tools > Add-ins and select from the list.
Once active, Auto Trace can be found hiding in the Edit Sketch Picture environment (double-click on the sketch picture). Click on the right-pointing arrow at the top of the sketch manager pane to access its functions.

cheers

RE: SW 2008 Auto Trace

Before you can see / access the right pointing arrow at the top of the Sketch Picture Manager, you must go to Tools/Add-ins and check the AUTO TRACE fuction.  After that, the arrow to get to the next page will be available.
