(OP)
hello
I have been trying to bend a .38 OD x .32 Id x .015 thick washer to an angle of 75 degrees, about a .05 radius using the Flex, bending option to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The Insert bend option requires a fixed face. since I am trying to form a washer about a radius, I have none. Is there some other sheet metal option I am missing?

Method 1
Add a sketched bend to an existing washer shaped base flange. You'll end up with your washer bent relative to your reference surface (shaped like an L instead of a V). If this is fine, you can stop here.
Method 2
If you absolutely need to have your washer shaped like a V from the front view, take the part from Method 1 and rotate the body 37.5deg using Move/Copy. This will give you a flatpattern that lays on a skewed plane.
Method 3
This method is very roundabout, but here you go. Create a base flange blank with a V shaped sketch using r=.05 and thickness=.015. Then unfold the bend using any of the flat faces as the fixed face. Insert a cut that creates the flattened washer shape (.38OD, .32ID). Lastly, fold the bend you just unfolded. This will also give you a flatpattern that is skewed.
Voila, bent washer. Have fun:)

Attached is a model made from S/M as CBL suggests. Is this what you are trying to achieve?

I did option 1, but will experiment with the others.

CADGs method is how I am currently. Easy once you explore sheet metal. I do not use it enough. Thanks to all again
