Design of embeded shear plate with welded side plates

(OP)
Is there any body who has any experience in designing embeded shear plate with welded side plates to sustain heavy shear load on column base.  I have design experience for shear lug, but I couldn't find any example for the mensioned one. I don't want to use shear lug for column base seeing shear on both x and y direction since I have to use shear lug in both direction. I attached the embeded shear plate diagram to give you a better idea of what I have in mind.

Thank you all for your suggestions.

I have been using type C for quite awhile and both I and the contractors like it.
