Loading Parts/assemblies error - need help

Loading Parts/assemblies error - need help

Loading Parts/assemblies error - need help

(OP)
When attempting to load parts and/or assemblies I encounter two error messages (unfortunately they are not shown in error log :/ )

Message 1: "open part file"
"Could not open C:\part1.
The following files could not be loaded
causing this to fail:
C:\part1.prt - internal error"

Message 2: "ugraf"
"The fallowing error occurred whilst responding to an interoperation request:
Filed to load part file when responding to request from another application."

I don't know if that means something but that error started showing after successful disc defragmentation (via windows tool). The error only affects only some part files, others works correctly.

I would be thankful for any advices

What's the EXACT version of NX that you're running?

NX 5.0.0.25

As I suspected.

Please update to anything above NX 5.0.1.4 ASAP.
