22mm Push button Recomdations

Can anyone recommend a brand of 22mm push buttons that are rugged yet not overly expensive?  My goal is to start using the same brand throughout the plant so I don't have to keep 10 different brands of contact blocks, bases, and operators in inventory.  I really like the telemecanique push buttons for their ease of installation and their durability but they are quite expensive!  On the other end are the automation direct push buttons that are very inexpensive but not very durable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

There are a few subs/knock-off versions of the Tele's, from Shamrock and Danfoss.  Have you tried these?  These seem to be more durable than the AutoDir line.

RE: 22mm Push button Recomdations

We had some major problems with Telemecanique's range when it was introduced. The contact blocks did not clip properly in to the mounting. It was potentially serious as it affected emergency stops among others and could have failed to danger. We banned use of this range on site as a result. I expect it has been fixed, but it doesn't say much about their quality assurance that it got out to market in the first place. We had a few problems with Schneider products all dating to around that time when the old established ranges were 'updated' with badly designed crap.

Personally I like Moeller and Kraus & Naimer's ranges. A-B make good stuff but it is expensive. There are some Chinese copies of the old Telemecanique designs being marketed by a Chinese outfit whose name escapes me at the moment. I haven't bought any and ain't likely to but if you are in a squeeze for cost they might be worth a look. You tend to get what you pay for, except with Schneider where you sometimes pay good money for rubbish, and A-B where you usually pay far too much money for a good product!
