hi everybody

can anyone help me to select the welding m/c to weld metallic plate of 0.2 to 0.5mm thick ss316 plates radially

I know it is done through TIG welding m/c, but I m searching for actual configuration.

plz help

I would have thought welding material this thin would be done with either spot resistance welding or seam resistance welding.

Here are two suppliers of Micro-Tig and Micro-Plasma welding machines that I'm familiar with. Your requirements are well within the capabilities of either companies machines.
A good setup and working environment is essential in getting good micro welds. What little freehand work we accomplished an elbow support and stereo microscope were the essential aids.

I would check and see if either company has a video.
