Even Japanese pipe suppliers...

RE: Even Japanese pipe suppliers...

Yup.....

Money is king

"A 56-year-old factory manager who moved from Nippon Steel to Nittai five years ago instructed the test data fabrication on his own decision out of concern that the tests may hamper productivity, according to Nippon Steel."

Do you know what else hampers productivity ?

Why, its all those tedious metalurgical tests that ensure that the customer gets what he pays for....

While I would almost expect this of China, I am somewhat shocked that Japan engages in this kind of fraud..

RE: Even Japanese pipe suppliers...

Nittai, Nisshin, and JFE all have some serious gaps in QA.
