When to incorporate

When to incorporate

When to incorporate

(OP)
I have been thinking on starting a business in the state of California, my question is should I incorporate as an LLC or an S-copr?  I know some states wont let companies with professional business incorporate as llc.  Does anyone know if California is one of those states?

RE: When to incorporate

LLC v S-Corp has been discussed a lot in this forum.  I suggest you research the responses.

You can probably find that out what the California regulations are by searching their websites.  Not only will you eventually find the answer, but you will stumble upon a ton of information you never dreamed of.
