Title block issues

Title block issues

(OP)
Hey all,
We are in the process of switching over from UG to solidworks at my company.  The issue i am having is with our company logo in the title block.  My co-worker set them up on his work station and when i open up any of the sheets i only see half of the logo.  He used the file we already had made in UG that consisted of the first part being made up of lines and arcs with crosshatching to fill it in and the "company" part was text.  When i open up the sheet i do not see the text part of the logo.  We have tried many different things and they all work fine on his computer but no matter how we bring the logo into mine, the last part doesnt show up.  I hope i made the issue clear enough and any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Title block issues

Sounds like a font issue. Check and see if he has some fonts that you do not have.
