Hydraulic Press - Ram Design

Hydraulic Press - Ram Design

Hydraulic Press - Ram Design

(OP)
Hello Everyone

I need to design few RAMS that will attach to a hydraulic press to install sleeves/bushing in various parts.

I want to attach the sleeve/bushing to the RAM so that the Axis of the RAM and Sleeve/Bushing is concentric, and hence use it as a guide.

I am confused on the type of fit between the Ram  and sleeve and also design - shape/form of the ram, the total runout is about .001

Any suggestions?

thanks

If this is what  you are talking about, they sell the complete units and the separate components.
