associative hole charts?

associative hole charts?

associative hole charts?

(OP)
Hi all, first post here. We do a lot of work for a company that prefers to see hole charts on their 2d drawings. We have made the jump to doing all of our molds in UG NX5. Any news on being able to produce associative hole charts in drafting yet?? I did do a search, and the latest post was almost a year ago, with no definite answer. Hole charts have proven extremely valuable when describing many holes in a limited space, not to mention our manufacturing dept can just type in the locations to program. Thanks

RE: associative hole charts?

We've added hole Charts to Drafting for NX 6 but they are not associative, however it wouldn't take much to write a journal file that would delete the old chart and create a new one in it's place.
