Temperature Dependent Viscoelasticity (Beginner Question)

I am still a relative beginner with Abaqus so I apologize if this is a dumb question.
I am trying to model a chunk of glass that is heated up to a temperature above its transition temperature, but less than the melting temperature. So it should act like a viscoelastic material at these high temperatures but it is elastic at temperature below the transformation temperature. I can get the properties of the material at different temperatures but I am not sure how to combine those into one material model so Abaqus applies the correct properties based on the current temperature.
Do I need to create my own UMAT or UMATHT subroutine to do this?

Just a thought: For temperatures below a certain threshold you could strongly modify your coeficcients so that any visco response is near-as-dammit zero (as in, takes very high stresses and unrealistically long time intervals to accumulate any creep).

Thanks. I missed the ability to enter the temperature into the thermorheologically simple material definition.
