"NO INTERSECTION WITH A RIGID SURFACE OR SLIDE LINE..."

(OP)
Hello everyone,

I'm modeling a 2D rubber rectangle sliding on an analytical rigid line.
If in run the .inp file on my windows abaqus version, the algorithm shows a good behavior, what's to say there's no cutback in incrementation.
Instead, if I run it with the linux version, on a different computer, at the very first increment, during the step which corresponds to a vertical loading, the algorithm needs 3 cutbacks to find a converged solution. At the end of each failed attempt, the msg file outputs "NO INTERSECTION WITH A RIGID SURFACE OR SLIDE LINE HAS BEEN FOUND" for each node which theoretically should be in contact with the line.
Has anyone ever had to deal with such an error message ?
Thanks,

Adrien.
