Air Cooler Maintenance & Reliability

(OP)
Hello,
I am looking for some guidance based on experience 'how to maintain an offline air gas cooler?'
Due to operational issues, an Air cooled Heat exchanger need to be isolated form the operation & remain idle till process required.
For availability & reliability point of view other than the following tips, is there any other issue need to be tackled.

- Unit lock & tag out
- De-pressurize the unit
- put some weather covering on it to save from rain / snow
- frequently move the fan blades (by power or by hand)
- lubricate the bearings (as per required interval after completing required comulative operation hours)

Is anything important I am missing?
Thanks in advance
Imran
