Also a paper covers the brand name.
Colour and size indicates OLD Engle or Arburg. Apparent build quality indicates maybe Chinese.
More better quality photo's are required to really know.

I would be hesitant to say it's a moulding machine - the bed looks too flimsy. It may some packing equipment looking at the surroundings.
The general appearance (no guards for one), no material hopper, etc would suggest (imho) it's scrap.
Moulding machines are not fun - they can be very dangerous, even when guarded!

If you know exactly what you will be molding, and what quantities you will be making, then choosing a molding machine properly sized for your need will be easier and more cost advantageous.
(worded another way, know what you are to mold, study how many molding cavities of the molded article are to be molded simultaneously to satisfy your customers demand, and then choose a molding machine properly sized to use the mold that satisfies that demand.)
For info on 'properly sizing', I suggest that after knowing what you are to mold, and how many you will be molding, that you then talk to molding machine salesmen to find a proper sized machine for your need.
