Master Model technique.
Open a Template file for the Drawing (annotations Line/Arrow 'A' set to .118. 'B' set to 20)'Add Component' (with same Annotation settings as Template File)
1.Add a dimension to the drawing sheet with no view - result OK with correct arrow sizes.
2.Add base view with scale 1:1, add dimension - result OK.
3.Add base view with scale 1:1, Orient View Tool 90, add dimension - result OK.
3.Add base view with scale 5:1, add dimension - result OK.
4.Add base view with scale 5:1, Orient View Tool 90, add dimension - result, any dimensions have 'A' set to .259 yet all other annotations remain unchanged.
There is a work-a-round, add view 1:1, Orient View Tool, then Style - Angle 90 - result OK.
